VACATION’S OVER:
A GROUP FOR MEN
The 100 Day Challenge
Built for accountability, momentum, and follow-through.
Spots are limited. This is a real conversation, not a sales pitch.
What This Is
Everyone is capable of doing big things and living the life they actually want. Most people don’t need more information. They need a push, a plan, and people in their corner.
If you’re tired of breaking commitments to yourself and making excuses for doing the things that move the needle, keep reading.
Vacation’s Over: The Men’s Group is about connection, discipline, and doing hard things together.
This is real-life change, on your terms. Everyone has something they keep putting off, something they know they need to do. It could be losing twenty pounds, launching a business, prioritizing your mental health, or finishing a project. We help you get there. Together.
Before we start the program, each member gets a 1:1 coaching call with Scotty to get crystal clear on what is most important to accomplish.
Then the weekly group calls will focus on:
Execution
Hot seat coaching
Reviewing what’s working and what’s not
Each week, you’ll set a small list of specific, actionable tasks. On the next call, you’ll give a quick update. Did you follow through or not? This rhythm keeps you sharp and accountable.
Check-ins may happen live on the call or in Slack, depending on how the group is moving. Either way, your actions are seen.
Some weeks will also include short exercises or discussion topics. These will challenge you mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, and deepen the connection with the group.
You bring the goal. We bring the structure, the accountability, and the team to help you follow through.
By the end of the 100 days, you’ll walk away with more confidence in yourself, clarity in your direction, progress achieved, and the discipline to keep going. You’ll finish what you started and prove to yourself that you can.
That’s the power of the group!
You pick the goal. We make sure you don’t face it alone.

Check in with that person regularly, and your chances climb to 95%.
What gets measured, gets managed.
What gets supported, gets done.
About SCOTTY HUFFMAN
I’ve built businesses, rebuilt my body, and rebuilt my mindset.
I started running at forty.
Since then, I’ve trained consistently and completed multiple ultramarathons, including a 100-mile race through the mountains.
The only way I was able to finish that race was because I stopped trying to do it all on my own.
I built a running crew. I had training partners. I had support.
I got back into lifting and became stronger and fitter than I was in my thirties.
I’ve also committed to the inner work. Daily meditation. Breath work. Time each day to reset and stay connected to myself.
For more than six years, I’ve led men’s groups and masterminds.
Helping people show up, get clear, and follow through has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
Vacation’s Over is about showing up for your life.

WHAT’S EXPECTED OF YOU
This group only works if you show up ready to do the work.
Here’s what that looks like:
Commit to attending every group call
Participate with honesty and presence
Set your own goal and take responsibility for moving towards it
Offer support to others without judgment or ego
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be all in.
WHAT THIS GROUP IS NOT
This isn’t a therapy group. It’s not a networking event or a casual weekly check-in.
This is a place for men ready to get clear, take ownership, and move. If you're not willing to show up and be real, it's not for you.
TESTIMONIALS
Greg Moser, Founder and CEO, ShipCalm
“I joined to be around others who get it and to get pushed to do the stuff I wasn't confronting.
The biggest change was having real accountability. Knowing I’d have to show up and report progress made a huge difference.
The group dynamic felt like a safe space to be honest about wins and struggles. The structure kept things moving.
If you’re on the fence, just do it. You’ll get more out of it than you expect, and it’s way more fun than trying to go it alone.”
Steven Wilcox, Founder and CEO, Parkit
“The meetings felt real and authentic. When others talked about their relationships, kids, or health, things they weren’t prioritizing, it made me realize what I was neglecting. That helped me make changes in my own life to start prioritizing what really matters.
It’s extremely helpful when you're navigating the trials of building something and realizing you’re not alone. But this group isn't just for business. Any time you set a big goal, you usually walk that path alone until you find like-minded people. That part can be daunting. This group accelerates finding the people who help you walk it together.”
Steve Watts, Co-Founder, Fun Brands
“I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the group. That kind of connection has been huge for me, especially working from home. Being around real people again made a big difference.
What I appreciated most was the simplicity of it; hanging out with good people, stepping away from the screen, being surrounded by like-minded guys who get it.
And to anyone considering joining a group like this, I'd say do it, I think it's especially important for men, we don’t always create spaces to open up, hang out, or just talk some shit and have a good time. This gives you that.”
Kevin Tighe, Founder, Beachly
“Joining this men’s group was a powerful step toward connecting with like-minded men on both personal and professional levels. These are areas that often lack open, honest conversation.
Each meeting created a safe, judgment-free space where I could be vulnerable, reflect inwardly, and support others on their journeys. No two sessions were the same, but I consistently left feeling energized, optimistic, and motivated to take meaningful action in my life.
In a world that rarely encourages men to prioritize vulnerability and self-growth, this group gave me a rare opportunity to build deep relationships and foster real personal development.”
VACATION'S OVER
VACATION'S OVER
our manifesto
Not a brand. A battle cry.
We don’t do easy.
We don’t do “later.”
We don’t wait for motivation, alignment, or the weather to be perfect.
We move. We rise. We run toward the resistance.
Because somewhere along the way, comfort became the goal.
And we’ve seen what that does to people.
Soft bodies. Sluggish minds. Silent dreams.
Living for the next “break” while their soul begs for a mission.
Vacation’s Over isn’t about grinding for the sake of it.
It’s about remembering who you are
when you stop outsourcing your power
and start building your life with your own hands.
We’re here to sweat.
To lead.
To do hard things because they matter.
We don’t need more tips, tools, or trends.
We need more conviction.
More courage.
More clarity around what we stand for.
So we’re drawing a line.
We’re rejecting the numbness.
And we’re inviting anyone who’s felt that quiet knowing in their gut:
There’s more in you. And you’re done pretending there isn’t.
ORIGIN STORY
It started as a joke in a group text weeks after finishing an ultramarathon.
“Vacation’s Over, Get Back to Work.”
But it stuck. It meant something.
It was the thing you say when the alarm goes off at 4:30am.
When you lace up sore.
When you show up to your life like it actually matters.
Over time, it became more than a phrase, it became a code.
A way of living.
Of choosing meaning over mood.
Discomfort over distraction.
A quiet, steady rebellion against the culture of easy.
Now, it’s a brand.
But really, it’s a belief system.
And if you’re here,
You probably believe it too.
For the founder. For the future. For the ones watching.
I’m not here to build a brand that everyone likes.
I’m here to build a movement that calls people out of hiding.
I’m not here to compete for clicks.
I’m here to speak so clearly that my people find me through the noise.
I won’t play it safe.
I won’t follow “best practices.”
I’ll lead from belief. And that means:
I will be misunderstood.
I will be unfollowed.
I will be doubted.
And I welcome it.
Because I’m not here for approval.
I’m here for impact.
Vacation’s Over is not a lifestyle brand.
It’s a wake-up call.
To rise. To move. To stop f*cking waiting.
And if that offends you,
Good.
You might not be ready yet.
